Danny founded Everpeak Capital Group in 2024 and serves as Managing Partner. Danny brings significant private equity investing experience to bear, where he has executed on over $1 Billion M&A transactions across the middle market.

Prior to Everpeak, Danny was a Vice President at Gallant Capital, a $1 Billion AUM private equity firm, where he helped lead investments across multiple Industrials and Business Services verticals. Prior to joining Gallant, Danny was a Senior Associate at Aterian Investment Partners, a $2 Billion AUM private equity firm, where he focused on making investments across the Industrials, Aerospace &  Defense, and Business Services sectors. Danny began his career as an Investment Banker at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he focused on lower middle market M&A advisory.

Danny graduated with a B.S. from Vanderbilt University.
